Production time varies depending on the quantity. Smaller orders up to 500 pieces have an average turnaround of 7~12 working days. Larger quantities average 12~18 working days from proof approval. Production times can vary depending on the time of year or if additional customization is needed.
2.How long is the battery life of a Video Brochure?
There are a variety of battery options available, depending on your needs. Typical battery life is 120 minutes of continuous play-back.
3.What memory capacity do the Video Brochures have?
The Video Cards themselves are available in 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB and more. Giving you plenty of storage for your videos.
4.What screen sizes are available for the Video Brochures?
The Video Brochures come in the following screen sizes: 2.8 inch, 3.5 inch, 4.3 inch, 5.0 inch, 7 inch and 10 inch!
5.How many minutes of the video can be played?
128M memory can play around 15 minutes according to video file.
6.Can the video brochure access the internet?
Video brochures do not have the capability to access the internet.
7.Is a touch screen option available?
Some sizes have an available touchscreen upgrade. Additional charges will be incurred.
8.Do the Video Brochures come with buttons?
Yes our brochures can have up to 7 buttons placed on them from play, pause, next, stop and volume up and down, or whatever you may need.
9.Can the Video Brochures be branded up to our company design?
Yes completely. All of our brochures can be printed up with your details. A full colour print throughout, we even offer embossing, debossing, foil blocking and more.
10.Are the Video Brochures reusable and can they be recharged?
Yes completely, if you change a video or have a different presentation you can upload a new video on to the card via a mini USB cable. They’re also completely rechargeable via the mini USB cable.
11.Can you send us the art template / layout for the brochure?
Yes, We will send you template/layout for the brochure after confirmed details.
12.Is it okay if you just provide the blank video greeting card without printing?
Yes, we can provide the blank paper card.
13.Is it okay if you just provide the video module (electronic part) without greeting card/brochure?
Yes, we can just provide the video module.
14.Can you tell us the whole transaction process? What do we need to do to start the transaction?
a).You send us artwork.
b).You pay 30% deposit, if just 100pcs, we suggest you pay full amount because production time will be quickly (10-14days )and bank charge too high for two times .
c).We make a digital print proof sample take picture and video for you confirm.
d).Start production
e).You pay balance.
f).We send out package.
15.Can we upload the video ourselves after the lcd video brochure card was sent to us?
Yes, You can upload the video youself after you got the brochure card, Just need connect for uploading, it’s quite easy.
